1. Who we are

Kismat Kahani (kismatkahani.com) is run by Khush Mutha, an individual based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Contact: support@kismatkahani.com.

2. What we sell

We sell personalised numerology and astrology reports as digital PDF files. Each report is computed by software from the details you give us (such as your name, date, time and place of birth) using traditional numerology and Vedic astrology rules, and the explanation is written with the help of artificial intelligence. No human astrologer writes or reviews individual reports. We do not offer consultations, and we do not sell remedies, gemstones, pujas or any physical products.

3. Guidance only

Reports are for guidance, entertainment and self-reflection. They are not predictions of guaranteed events, and they are not medical, legal, financial or relationship advice. Please do not make important decisions only on the basis of a report.

4. Your details

You must be 18 or older. The details you give must be your own, or shared with the permission of the person they belong to. Wrong details produce a wrong report; you can ask for one free regeneration after correcting them.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown on each page in Indian rupees and are charged once. There is no subscription unless a page clearly says so. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

6. Delivery

Reports are usually delivered on WhatsApp and email within 5 minutes of payment. If you have not received yours within 2 hours, contact us and we will send it or refund you.

8. Licence

Your report is for your personal use. Please do not resell or publish it.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
