Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refund within 7 days

If you are not happy with your report for any reason, ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment. You do not need to give a reason, even if you have already downloaded the report.

How to ask

Write to support@kismatkahani.com or reply on WhatsApp with your order ID or the mobile number you paid with.

When the money reaches you

We start the refund within 2 working days. It reaches your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

After 7 days

We still refund in full if you were charged but did not receive your report, were charged twice for the same order, or received a broken file we cannot fix.

Cancellation

Reports are generated and delivered within minutes, so orders cannot be cancelled before delivery. Use the 7-day refund instead.
